E-Ville Spirits and Wines Monroe Street, Ellicottville, New York

The project consisted of designing a second floor addition to the existing retail liquor store. The second floor consisted of a new ‘wine tasting area’, office and bathroom. In order to accommodate the existing stairwell into the project, an ‘Administrative Variance’ was for and approved by the Department of State. Cad renderings were submitted and approved by the local Planning Board prior to executing the Construction Documents. Cathedral ceilings and exposed wood timbers were elements of the design, this was in keeping with the rustic nature of the existing structure.
